We are dedicated to helping you, as a beginner, to improve your ability to move more freely through your everyday life, free of pain. The low impact Pilates reformer exercises are safe and will not stress your joints. These exercises can improve posture, aid weight loss, reduce pain levels and improve your overall fitness.

As a beginner you will have a space in a small group session that will have a maximum of 5 members. To begin with you will need an initial consultation during which any health conditions are discussed. A specific program is then formulated for you, and you can then join a regular weekly session. You will exercise at your own pace, and you will not have to worry about keeping up with others in the group.

Always consult with your doctor before embarking on any new fitness program, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition or if you haven’t exercised for a while.
