Simple pricing with convenient opening times

Initial Consultation

If you are new to Pilates or our studio, we will need to determine your level of flexibility and range of movement. We do this through an introductory one to one session. This lasts for 1 hour and costs £45.

Small Group Sessions

Following your initial consultation, we then formulate a personal programme of exercises for you. This programme is tailored to help you to achieve your personal goals and needs. You follow your individual programme at a typical 1:4/5 teacher client ratio during each of your small group sessions. These last for approximately 60 minutes and are charged at £22.

Private Sessions

Occasionally clients may require more than a single one to one sesssion before working in a small group. Some clients prefer to work permanently with one to one sessions. These would last approximatley 1 hour at a cost of £60.

Out Based

We can also offer sessions in the workplace or in a clients home. Please contact us for a quote.

Pilates Reformer Beginner Exercises 4

This is a great reformer exercise for beginners. If you want to make it easier, then sit on your heels. Also the closer that your knees are together, the more challenging the exercise, so wider apart will make it easier. Try to limit the forward and backward movement of your upper body. This exercise will strengthen your upper body while waking up our core muscles.
